Made by Somdusca ships from Queens, NY. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to delivery service issues. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update. For items listed as made to order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. International orders are subject to customs charges, Made By Somdusca is not responsible for customs charges incurred to buyer upon delivery of order. Made by Somdusca is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can exchange your item for online store credit only. If you would like to return an item purchased on www.madebysomdusca.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 2 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 2 business days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "DO NOT REMOVE" or “THANK YOU” hangtag. 
- We cannot refund returns on clothing that has been worn or used in any way.
- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
- All made to order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All customized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Made by Somdusca is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Made by Somdusca reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Initial shipping charges & any incurred costs will be deducted from your credit. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
